I’ve always been passionate about fitness and how the body is meant to move—but more importantly, how it’s meant to support your life.
My background in Exercise Science and strength & conditioning gave me the foundation. But working with real people—especially those dealing with pain, setbacks, or feeling like they’ve lost their edge—is what reshaped my approach.
Since moving to the Kenai/Soldotna area in 2019, I’ve expanded beyond traditional training to focus on what actually keeps people active long-term: recovery, stress management, and building real, sustainable capacity.
Because the truth is—most people don’t need harder workouts.
They need a smarter system.
I specialize in helping people who used to feel strong, active, and capable—but don’t feel that way anymore—rebuild their body in a way that feels safe, structured, and effective.
My approach is highly personalized and built around one goal:
Helping you trust your body again.
That means improving how you move, increasing your strength without aggravating pain, and giving you the tools to handle more of life—not less.
This isn’t just about exercise.
It’s about getting back to a version of yourself you recognize—and building one that’s even more capable moving forward.

When I first started my fitness journey about 10 years ago, I was not the picture of health. Since then, I've fallen in love with fitness and health, and I have never regretted it.
There is a lot of conflicting health information online today. My goal is to dispel those myths and promote healthy and active lifestyles. I believe that women, especially, have been given incorrect and damaging messaging about fitness for decades. We can increase our metabolism and gain strength at any stage of life!
My passion is strength training and corrective exercise. Many years of competing in cross-country skiing have also given me experience in endurance programming, off-season training, and injury prevention for athletes.

I grew up playing sports and was very active and fit. When I was 17, I got really sick and was diagnosed with MS. My health declined to the point where I had to use a cane to walk and was going blind. My outlook for the future looked dim. Despite these challenges, I got married and had 5 kids. During this time, my body struggled with anything fitness-related, and I completely lost myself. I gained a lot of weight and developed severe body dysmorphia and depression.
However, I have devoted the last 10 years of my life to overcoming many physical and mental obstacles to be where I am today. I love fitness and people! I am passionate about helping others overcome self-defeating thoughts and habits that have kept them from reaching their goals.
I am excited to help facilitate others on their fitness journey and aid individuals to become the best version of themselves.

My goal is to enhance my client’s quality of life by offering services that leave you feeling better than when you walked through the door. We will build on each session, leaving you feeling energized and excited about the next step. You are ready to begin just as you are, and I will structure a program tailored to your needs, abilities, and goals. A few years ago, I was unhealthy, and out of shape, and never thought I would walk through the doors of a gym again. I had been an athlete when I was younger, but like so many, I had let the passion die and felt it was never within my reach again.
A couple of years ago, I realized that I was making myself physically, mentally, and spiritually sick, and out of desperation, I decided to make a change. My typical mindset had always been “all or nothing,” but this time something changed. I started focusing on small changes for long periods instead of drastic changes I could never maintain. Consistency has been the key, over time the small changes are producing magnificent results. I wish to pay it forward to help the next person looking to make a profound change one day at a time.
My goal is not just to perform better at the gym, but to use conditioning and strength training to improve my quality of life and be the healthiest version of myself for my loved ones. We will keep it simple, and we will keep moving forward!

I am a mom in my 30s, passionate about being healthy, active, and capable of keeping up with my busy little boy while feeling good in my body! My journey into the world of personal training was motivated by the challenge of finding safe, accurate guidance for an active pregnancy, coupled with my own experience rehabbing pelvic organ prolapse postpartum.
No two pregnancies or postpartum experiences are alike, my goal is to meet your individual needs in navigating one of life’s greatest transitions. Every choice regarding assessing, programming, and coaching is rooted in my belief that every woman navigating this incredible journey deserves the best possible preparation and recovery.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and hold an additional Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist certification through ProNatal Fitness. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, returning to fitness 10+ years later, or anywhere in between I am excited to help you safely and confidently reach your goals!

Born and raised right here on the Central Kenai Peninsula, I understand what it means to live an active, full life in this community. As a mother of four- including triplets! - I know firsthand how busy and unpredictable life can be. I’m a sports mom, a coach, and a helper at heart. I truly love supporting people of all ages as they work toward feeling stronger, healthier, and confident.
Fitness has been a consistent thread throughout my adult life, even as my priorities and body have changed. I believe movement should evolve with you, not work against you. Whether that means shifting training styles, finding a new passion, or simply learning how to stay consistent during demanding stages of life, I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable routines that fit real life.
Nutrition is where my curiosity really shines. I love to experiment with new recipes, keep up to date on wellness literature, and prove that healthy food can be nourishing and deeply enjoyable. My approach to nutrition isn’t about restriction- it's about fueling your body for optimal health!
My goal is to help you find movement and nourishment that fits your life- whether you're new to fitness or training for a new goal-I’m here to help you feel empowered, energized, and supported every step of the way!
