Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Bike-O-Vision is a Keiser drill power pacing class that focuses on form, cardio, and length-strength development. Taking a virtual ride across Europe, U.S., and Hawaii, this is a power pacing experience unlike any other! With the guidance of a Keiser certified instructor, you will be guided on gear selection, smart pace setting, and endurance drills. Great for those of all fitness levels.

Group Fitness Studio
This class provides a combination of strength and interval training. A full-body workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished. The first 20 minutes will be focused on strength while the second half will get that heart rate up with some intervals.
