Bike-O-Vision

Sunday I 1:15-2:15pm I @ Bike Studio w/Merrill

Bike-O-Vision is a Keiser drill power pacing class that focuses on form, cardio, and length-strength development. Taking a virtual ride across Europe, U.S., and Hawaii, this is a power pacing experience unlike any other! With the guidance of a Keiser certified instructor, you will be guided on gear selection, smart pace setting, and endurance drills. Great for those of all fitness levels.

Only have 30 minutes? That's all you need! This 30-minute interval cycling workout takes you to heights you may not have gotten even in your hour+ workouts!

Spin + Abs Blast

Thursdays | 8:15am - 9:15am | @ Bike Room

Located in the bike room, this class offers an amazing low impact workout followed by core strengthening exercises.

YOGA CLASSES

Energetic Yoga w/ Charlotte

Wednesdays | 9:30-10:30am | @ Group Room

Medium Yoga flow designed to restore energy, strength, balance and mobility. We will move through modified sun salutations into a foundation vinyasa, standing poses and Pilates section for core strengthening. To enjoy this class, members should be comfortable with chaturunga (push ups), and moving from standing to deep lunges.

HIIT is our open gym strength workout that works on YOUR level! Using 5 different self-paced stations, this strength workout challenges you at your own ability, making you stronger each week.

Fitbody

Monday I 9:00-10:00am I @ Group Fitness Studio w/Sam

A smart way to get fit—60-minute cardio and strength-training fusion class. A perfect blend of 30 minutes strength training and 30 minutes of cardio drills executed to timed intervals. *Fitbody Express uses the same format in a 45 minute class to accommodate your busy Fitbody lifestyles!
