SPIN CLASSES

Bike-O-Vision

Sunday I 1:15-2:15pm I @ Bike Studio w/Merrill

Bike-O-Vision is a Keiser drill power pacing class that focuses on form, cardio, and length-strength development. Taking a virtual ride across Europe, U.S., and Hawaii, this is a power pacing experience unlike any other! With the guidance of a Keiser certified instructor, you will be guided on gear selection, smart pace setting, and endurance drills. Great for those of all fitness levels.

Spin 30

Tuesday/Thursday I 5:30-6:00pm I @ Bike Studio

Only have 30 minutes? That's all you need! This 30-minute interval cycling workout takes you to heights you may not have gotten even in your hour+ workouts!

Power Pacing

Tuesday I Saturday 9:30-10:30am I @ Bike Studio w/Donica

A great cardio class that covers cycle set-up, posture, and class drills. It helps build incredible leg strength and heart strength in a group cycling class format. Set to great music and led by an energetic instructor, it’s a great way to burn calories, increase endurance, and have fun!

YOGA CLASSES

Passive Stretch w/John

Mondays 10:30-11:30am

Gentle, static stretching meant to lengthen the muscles and improve overall function. Beginner friendly.

Active Stretch w/John

Tuesday 10:30-11:30am

Stretch from head to toe! This class is beginner friendly and will teach  gradual and safe progressions to increase flexibility and range of motion. Beginner friendly but a class well worth incorporating into any routine! 

Yoga for Life

Thursdays 10:30-11:30am w/John

A beginner friendly, feel-good yoga class using traditional asanas, postures, breathing, and mindfulness. This will increase strength, flexibility, and balance; all while improving posture, reducing stress, and developing an overall awareness for life. 

Re-balance w/John

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am

This hour long class will work on mobility, restorative poses, stretches, balance, and everything you need to fine tune your body. Leave feeling refreshed and ready for your next workout. Beginner friendly.

Raise the Bar

Wednesday 9:15am - 10:15am w/John

A strength class that makes use of barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight. Each music "track" has a focus, whether it be upper body, lower body, back, triceps, you name it! It will be worked. Set to upbeat music, this class will be sure to leave you feeling worked and ready for the day.

HIIT

Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm, Friday 9:00-10:00am

HIIT is our open gym strength workout that works on YOUR level! Using 5 different self-paced stations, this strength workout challenges you at your own ability, making you stronger each week.

Fitbody

Monday I 9:00-10:00am I @ Group Fitness Studio w/Sam

A smart way to get fit—60-minute cardio and strength-training fusion class. A perfect blend of 30 minutes strength training and 30 minutes of cardio drills executed to timed intervals. *Fitbody Express uses the same format in a 45 minute class to accommodate your busy Fitbody lifestyles!

STRONG by Zumba

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm w/Jen

This is NOT Zumba! Inspired by the creators of Zumba, STRONG by Zumba uses music to synchronize and time HIIT intervals with a strength and cardio workout not to be forgotten!

Insanity LIVE!

Monday I 5:30-6:25pm I @ Group Fitness Studio w/Donica

Insanity brings bodyweight movements to a whole new level. Meant to condition your body to reach your fitness potential, this workout is upbeat and fast-paced set to timed intervals with motivating music. Don’t be scared, with modifications for nearly everyone, this workout will strengthen you no matter where you’re starting at.

PiYo Live

Thursdays 4:30-5:15pm

PiYo Live is a bit of everything, and a lot of fun! Using yoga, cardio, and strength principles, PiYo paces itself with music and creates a routine that builds strength, flexibility, and promotes weight loss.

Zumba

Pretty much the most awesome Latin-based dance workout ever! Dance to great music, with great people and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it! No dance experience needed.
