Check out Wednesday morning's Total Body Circuit class! This class uses a combination of weighted and bodyweight movements. Each individual can move at their own pace through the stations to complete a full-body workout.

Bike-O-Vision is a Keiser drill power pacing class that focuses on form, cardio, and length-strength development. Taking a virtual ride across Europe, U.S., and Hawaii, this is a power pacing experience unlike any other! With the guidance of a Keiser certified instructor, you will be guided on gear selection, smart pace setting, and endurance drills. Great for those of all fitness levels.
