Bike-O-Vision/Power Pacing
Bike Studio
Bike-O-Vision is a Keiser drill power pacing class that focuses on form, cardio, and length-strength development. Taking a virtual ride across Europe, U.S., and Hawaii, this is a power-pacing experience unlike any other! With the guidance of a Keiser-certified instructor, you will be guided on gear selection, smart pace setting, and endurance drills. Great for those of all fitness levels.

Total Body Circuit
Group Fitness Studio
A fun new class integrating basic strength training, balance and injury prevention, flexibility, and low - moderate-intensity exercise. Starting at the fundamentals! The class is divided into two sections. 30 minutes of balance, flexibility, muscle activation, and core work. Then 30 minutes of a total body strength training circuit, targeting each muscle group with weights and a fun variety of equipment.

Spin/Ride The Rhythm

Riding a bike has never been so fun! synced to music, this low-impact workout is perfect for all ability levels. Don't let low-impact fool you. You will be sure to break a sweat and have a realistic ride. Between climbing hills, sprinting and hovering over flat surfaces, you will not get bored during this class!

Interval Training
Main Floor Open Area
Get that heart rate up and sweat a flowin’ with this high-energy class! After a group warm up you will move through 5 rounds of 5 exercises. Each interval is 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Once a round is completed, there’s a full minute rest so you can perform your best in the next round!

This class is all about keeping you mobile regardless of age. Learn proper exercise form while working on stability, balance, and activities of daily living. Each class will focus on a primary movement pattern (hinge, squat, push, pull, rotate, and overhead) with balance, stability, and muscular endurance components.
