Bike Studio


Bike-O-Vision is a Keiser drill power pacing class that focuses on form, cardio, and length-strength development. Taking a virtual ride across Europe, U.S., and Hawaii, this is a power pacing experience unlike any other! With the guidance of a Keiser certified instructor, you will be guided on gear selection, smart pace setting, and endurance drills. Great for those of all fitness levels.

Pop-Up Classes

Check out our monthly schedules for any pop-up classes! These one-time events are a chance to try different classes outside of our regular group fitness schedule. All pop-up classes are only $5 for non-members and free to members.

Only have 30 minutes? That's all you need! This 30-minute interval cycling workout takes you to heights you may not have gotten even in your hour+ workouts!

Golden Sets

A fun new class integrating basic strength training, balance and injury prevention, flexibility, and low - moderate-intensity exercise. Starting at the fundamentals!

It will be safe for all skill levels and appropriate for our sassy seniors!

HIIT is our open gym strength workout that works on YOUR level! Using 5 different self-paced stations, this strength workout challenges you at your own ability, making you stronger each week.

This class provides a combination of strength and interval training. A full-body workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished. The first 20 minutes will be focused on strength while the second half will get that heart rate up with some intervals.
