Can I try the gym for free?

What is the minimum age for minors/children?

The youngest a person can be to have a membership is 12. 12 and 13 year-olds must have adult supervision at all times. 14-year-old and older can be in the facility independently. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian signature on their membership paperwork.

Do you offer a senior discount?

If you're 55 or older, you qualify for our senior discount! Join us and enjoy staying fit at a great rate.

Is sauna or tanning included in a membership?

Unfortunately, no. These amenities are an option for members and non-members. There are single-use, unlimited month, and 10 visit punch card options available for both the sauna and tanning. See the pricing page for details.

How do I get in when there is no staff?

Every membership comes with a key tag that has a barcode on the back. Swipe the tag through the black box and the door will unlock. Your membership must be current/active for the doors to open.

How many laps make a mile on the indoor track?

Our indoor track is 100 meters long. To complete a mile, you'll need to run or walk 16 laps. Keep going, you've got this!

Can I bring a friend to work out with me?

We love when you bring friends! However, our memberships don't include guest passes. Your friend can purchase a day pass for $11 or explore our other membership options. Let's make fitness fun together!
